London-based trio JADED makes their Audius debut with “Show My Love,” an addictive and groovy house track. This new tune showcases the style that catapulted JADED into international popularity; rhythmically involved synths pulsate over a four-on-the-floor house beat, inspiring hips to gyrate and feet to move. Meanwhile, JADED adds in soulful elements, including a powerful singing vocal, and creates a sensual and passionate air to “Show My Love.” Pulling inspiration from their Iranian, Italian, and Jamaican roots, JADED once again presents a delectable dancefloor tune, perfect for a house playlist or driving to a hot date.

Iration returns to Audius with  “New Style,” their first new release of the new year! Lead singer and guitarist of Iration, Micah Pueschel described “New Style” as “a song that displays the next progression in [their] sound: a return to [their] roots while showcasing the synergy that makes [Iration] live shows special.” Indeed, the ska band pays homage to the reggae rock sound that once dominated Southern California. A calm, upbeat rhythm and rich vocals invite listeners to slow down and join them on the beach, flowing like the ocean waves. A touch of psychedelia makes itself known with staccato guitar licks, encapsulating Iration’s “New Style.” And yet, they maintain the classic ska horns, although molding the high-energy instrument into their chilled-out oceanic song.

Pouya raps about the difficulties of change and commitment in his latest release, “Hard to Break a Habit When You Fall in Love.” A driving trap rap hi-hat contrasts with sorrowful, singing synths, creating a vulnerable mood. Pouya bears his heart to his lover in this track, waxing poetically about wanting to be better for the person he cares for. However, he admits the challenges of changing himself for the sake of his relationship. “Hard to Break a Habit When You Fall in Love” illustrates the colloquial struggles that come with growing as a person in love; Pouya displays relatability in this song, expressing his desire to shake bad habits, to be a better version of himself, but also admitting to having a hard time on that journey.
