Audius Rewards Drop Week 4: Trending Competition Rewards Boost

Season 1 of Audius Rewards continues, and this week, we’re turning up the heat for artists!

If you’ve been aiming to make the trending charts on Audius, now’s the perfect time to go all in. We’re making it more rewarding than ever for artists to reach new audiences and climb the charts with a 10x boost in rewards for trending tracks.

How It Works

From this week onward, the Top 5 Trending tracks and Top 5 Trending Underground tracks will earn 1,000 $AUDIO each—a major increase (10x) from the previous 100 $AUDIO prize! 

Sound exciting? Want to make the charts? Upload your tracks before the end of each week to maximize your chances to trend, as the trending artists for the week will be rewarded every Friday. The leaderboard updates weekly, so staying active and engaging with your fans is key to success. 

Tips to Trend on Audius

The Audius trending charts showcase the hottest tracks across the platform, giving artists an opportunity to gain massive visibility. 

This 10x reward boost incentivizes artists to keep sharing their best work, while also strengthening the connection between artists and their fans through consistent, quality content.

But how do you make it to the top? Here are some of the parameters the algorithm considers: 

• Play count - More streams means more chances to earn. 
• Artist follower count - A strong audience helps boost visibility 
• Reposts and saves - When listeners engage with your track, the algorithm takes notice.
• Who’s engaging - Not all interactions are equal! Reposts and saves from accounts with higher follower counts have a greater impact. 
• Track age - Newer uploads have an edge, so keep releasing fresh music to stay in the mix.
