This explosive hit from the internationally renowned trance duo bridges generations of electronic music. “Blue Monday” opens up with energetic trance, percussion rolling and lasers pulsing. Then, the song softens for a glowing vocal interlude that quickly transitions to a different age of music. Indeed, Above & Beyond shares their love of 70s, 80s, and 90s sounds such as Depeche Mode, Kraftwerk, and others in “Blue Monday,” intertwining these decades of influential music.
