Starting at the trance stage, Luttrell worships the sun and love in “Sunshine,” his most recent drop on Anjunadeep. Sonically capturing the warmth and luminescence of the golden hours, lush synths glow beautifully over a steady and playful bassline. Luttrell seamlessly blends peacefully euphoric elements together in “Sunshine” to illuminate the darkness. Together, this golden tapestry of music warms listeners with the renewing feeling of sunlight on their skin, the gentle caress from a loved one.

As the sun sets, painting the sky with vibrant pinks and oranges, camoufly dazzles the crowd with “Intuition.” Featuring the Japanese-American artist SHIMA, “Intuition” shimmers iridescently. A delicate yet complex composition, camoufly and SHIMA layer together twinkling strings and shifting synths. “Intuition” invites comforting mists and heavenly clouds to curl together, inspiring awe at the technicolor beauty.

Dusk has passed, enveloping everything in a cloak of midnight, and “what U need” gestures to listeners from the shadows. Staple of West Coast bass sumthin sumthin joined forces with ero808 for a disorientingly wonky tune. Released on the Good Society Vol. 4 compilation, “what U need” explores the demonic intersection of grumbling deep dub and bouncing leftfield bass. “what U need” utilizes quavering frequencies and haunting reverb woven together with a flirtatious vocal sample, making for a devilishly salacious bass hit!

As the night continues, Umbree invites us to the house stage with “Energy | IDW,” a two-sided single and her latest release on Quality Goods Records. Inspired by the instrumentation of bass house and the hypnotic acid-like elements of tech house, it’s truly impossible not to dance to either of these tracks. “Energy” takes on a deeper, darker tone, with metallic tones punctuating a vocal flow over a relentless four-on-the-floor beat. “IDW” contains more percussive and staccato characteristics, offering brief flashes of club-style production in this high-energy house tune. Regardless of preferred flavor, both tracks from Umbree are a major hit on any speaker system!
