Forrest Browning and I founded Audius over seven years ago. We’ve come so far in realizing our dream of building the world’s first decentralized, community-owned and artist-controlled music platform. We’ve created brand new ways for fans to engage with their favorite artists, and along the way, we’ve made significant inroads in helping to shape music industry policy in a way that embraces our vision.
We are still very much just getting started.
That’s why it’s so bittersweet to be saying “so long” to Forrest, who has elected to exit his role at Audius to spend more time with his young family. Friends support each other. So as we say goodbye to Forrest, we know that he remains 100% supportive of our mission at Audius to build the future of music.
We want to thank Forrest for all of his important contributions to Audius.
Over the next several months, Audius will be introducing some very exciting and revolutionary new features. We can’t wait for our community to see what’s coming next.
Sincerely,
Roneil Rumburg
